How do I order a wedding cake?

Fill out the inquiry form and we'll go from there! Please make sure to include as much information as possible. Expect a response within 48 hours with follow-up questions and information regarding availability. 

In order to secure your date, a signed contract and $100 non- refundable, non-transferrable retainer fee is required.

Do you have an order minimum?

During peak wedding season (May-October), an $800 order minimum is required. During off-peak season (November- April), a $600 minimum is required. 

How much do wedding cakes cost?

Wedding cakes start at $9-$10 per serving, with final price dependent on design elements and flavors, and include a delivery fee based on mileage + time to the venue. 

Do you offer other desserts?

Additional desserts such as cupcakes or cookies may be added to an order once the order minimum has been met. 

When should I order my wedding cake?

Orders should be placed no sooner than 4 months prior to your wedding date.

Can I schedule a tasting?

Yes! Tastings are included for all couples who have booked with Fidalgo Bay Cakery, and include 4 mini cakes and a 30 minute design consultation. For couples who have not yet booked, tastings are available for $80. 

Do you deliver?

Delivery is available for all wedding cakes, and is required for all tiered cakes. Delivery rates are based on the location of the venue.
