In order to secure your date, a signed contract and $100 non- refundable, non-transferrable retainer fee is required.
During peak wedding season (May-October), a $600 order minimum is required.
During off-peak season (November- April), a $400 minimum is required.
Orders below the minimum will be accepted starting 4 months prior to the event date.
Wedding cakes start at $8/serving, with final price dependent on design elements and flavors, and include a delivery fee based on mileage + time to the venue.
Additional desserts such as cupcakes or cookies may be added to an order once the order minimum has been met.
No less than 4 months prior to a wedding, and 2-3 weeks for celebration cakes.
Yes! Tastings are included for all couples who have booked with Fidalgo Bay Cakery, and include 4 mini cakes and a 30 minute design consultation. For couples who have not yet booked, tastings are available for $80.
Delivery is available for all wedding cakes, and is require for all tiered cakes. Delivery rates are based on the location of the venue.
